Overview

The Rofun Grass buggy delivers strong off-road performance with a reliable 29cc gasoline engine. It produces steady torque while maintaining smooth throttle response.

This Rofun Grass platform uses a wide stance for better control on grass and loose terrain. In addition, large off-road tires improve traction during aggressive driving. As a result, handling remains predictable even under load.

Because this buggy follows the Baja 5B layout, parts remain easy to source. Therefore, maintenance stays simple and cost effective over time.

Assembly and Operation – Rofun Grass

This Rofun Grass buggy arrives mostly assembled. However, you must complete final setup before operation. Always check fasteners, throttle response, and brake function before first use.

Fuel Mixing

Use fresh 87+ octane gasoline mixed at a 25:1 ratio. In addition, proper oil selection protects engine components.
Use non-synthetic, mineral-based 2-cycle oil for best results.

For best results, use proper tools and fuel equipment. This improves consistency and prevents tuning issues.
Fuel Mixing Bottle and
Basic RC Tool Kit are recommended.

Break-In Process – Rofun Grass

Run the engine at low to moderate throttle for the first two to three tanks. Avoid high RPM during this period. After that, gradually increase throttle to complete the break-in cycle.

Starting Instructions

Set the choke on the right side of the car (red lever on the carburetor) to the vertical closed position. Prime the engine, then pull start until it fires. After that, open the choke and restart the engine.
