Fuel Mixing – Rofun RC T5 1/5 Scale

Use a 25:1 gasoline to oil ratio. Proper fuel mixing is critical for engine longevity and performance.
Use non-synthetic, mineral-based 2-cycle oil
for best results and reduced carbon buildup.

Starting Instructions

Set the choke on the right side of the car (red lever on the carburetor) to the vertical closed position.

Prime the carburetor, then pull the starter rope in short, controlled pulls until the engine fires. After ignition, open the choke and restart if needed.

Break-In Process – Rofun RC T5 1/5 Scale

Run the engine at low throttle for the first few cycles, allowing full cool-down between runs. Gradually increase throttle over several sessions to ensure proper engine seating and long-term reliability.
