Starting Instructions
-
Power on car and radio
-
Set choke to closed (red lever vertical)
-
Prime carb 3–4 times or until fuel is visible
-
Pull starter gently until engaged, then short quick pulls
-
Engine should fire in 1–3 pulls
-
Open choke and pull 1–2 more times to start
Break-In Procedure

Run 1: Idle to 1/4 throttle, 5 minutes, full cool-down

Run 2: Same, 10 minutes, full cool-down
-
Run 3: Moderate throttle, 8–10 minutes, cool-down

Next Runs: Total of ~5 heat cycles

Final: Full throttle, burn a full tank

After break-in, re-snug exhaust bolts
Maintenance Notes

Use thread-locker on clutch and brake assemblies

Clean threads with alcohol before applying thread-locker
Material Reality Check
Aluminum upgrades look good but fail hard. They bend, crack, and transfer damage downstream. The factory high-strength ABS plastics flex, absorb impact, and survive crashes better. Many stock plastic parts are the smarter choice.
