The Rovan F5 32cc gasoline RC racing car is a high-performance 1/5 scale 4WD platform designed for asphalt and high-speed street driving. Assembly and Operation – Rovan F5 32cc Gasoline RC Car

Out of the box, this Rovan F5 32cc gasoline RC car is nearly ready to run. First, install the wheels and charge the included battery. Then, inspect all bolts and components before use. As a result, you ensure consistent performance and reliability.

• Battery Charging: Includes 6V 4500mAh battery. After charging, allow the battery to cool before operation. Also, avoid overcharging.
• Crash Durability: ABS components help absorb impacts. Therefore, they reduce damage during minor crashes.
• Fuel Mixing: Uses a 25:1 gasoline-to-oil ratio. Use non-synthetic, mineral-based 2-cycle oil for best performance.
• Radio Setup: 2.4GHz 6-channel system. Additionally, trim adjustments improve handling precision.

Starting Instructions

1. Ensure the vehicle and transmitter are powered on.
2. Set the choke on the right side of the car (red lever on the carburetor) to the vertical closed position.
3. Prime the carburetor 3–4 times until fuel is visible.
4. Pull the starter rope using short, controlled pulls.
5. Once the engine fires, turn off the choke.
6. Finally, restart to run normally.

Break-In Process – Rovan F5 32cc Gasoline RC Car

1. First, run at low throttle for 5 minutes, then allow full cooling.
2. Next, repeat for 10 minutes at low throttle.
3. After that, increase throttle gradually.
4. Meanwhile, monitor airflow and temperature.
5. Then, complete 4–5 cycles before full throttle use.
6. Finally, run a full tank at performance level.
7. After break-in, check and tighten all hardware.
