Ready to run once wheels are installed and battery is charged. Charge at least 2 hours. Charging is simple through the plug with included USB charger. No disassembly needed. Let battery cool 30 minutes after charge. Remove charger within 30 minutes of full charge to extend battery life. Store battery fully charged.
Crash durability is excellent. Normal crashes rarely cause significant damage.
Fuel Mix: 25:1 gasoline to oil (151.4ml per gallon). Use mineral based 2 stroke oil. Evinrude Johnson Premium TC-W3 Mineral 2 Cycle Oil works excellent and helps prevent plug fouling and carbon buildup.
Radio: Uses 2 active channels. Adjust trims under rear radio cover. Steering trim top left, throttle and brake trim top right, steering range bottom left, throttle range bottom right.
Starting Instructions
Turn radio and car on
Set choke lever vertical closed
Prime bulb 3 to 4 times
Pull rope gently until engagement, then quick short pulls
Engine usually fires within 1 to 3 pulls
Turn off choke and restart with 1 to 2 pullsBreak In Process
Run 5 minutes at idle to 1/4 throttle, cool completely
Run 10 minutes light throttle, cool completely
Run 8 to 10 minutes slightly harder, cool
Repeat heat cycles for several runs
After break in, full throttle tank run is fine
Retighten exhaust bolts after break inCheck bolts before every run. Use lock tight on clutch and brake assembly. Clean threads before applying.
Important Upgrade Advice
Do not rush to replace plastic with aluminum. Aluminum transfers impact and damages surrounding parts. High Strength ABS flexes, absorbs impact, and survives abuse better. Many plastic components outperform aluminum.
