Assembly and Operation – Rofun RC A5 Gasoline Asphalt Car

Out of the box, this Rofun RC A5 gasoline asphalt car is nearly ready to run. First, install the wheels and charge the included battery. Then, perform a quick inspection before first use. This ensures proper operation and long-term reliability.

• Battery Charging: Built-in 6V 2000mAh battery with USB charging. After charging, allow the battery to cool before use. Also, avoid overcharging to extend battery life.
• Crash Durability: ABS components absorb impact better than aluminum upgrades. Therefore, they help prevent damage during minor crashes.
• Fuel Mixing: Uses a 25:1 gasoline-to-oil ratio. Use non-synthetic, mineral-based 2-cycle oil for best results.
• Radio Setup: Steering and throttle trims are located under the rear cover. Additionally, fine adjustments improve control precision.

Starting Instructions

1. Ensure the vehicle and transmitter are powered on and responding.
2. Set the choke on the right side of the car (red lever on the carburetor) to the vertical closed position.
3. Press the primer bulb 3–4 times until fuel is visible.
4. Gently pull the starter rope until it engages, then pull quickly.
5. Once the engine fires, turn off the choke.
6. Finally, pull again to start the engine fully.

Break-In Process – Rofun RC A5 Gasoline Asphalt Car

1. First, run at low throttle for 5 minutes, then allow full cooling.
2. Next, repeat for 10 minutes under light load.
3. After that, gradually increase throttle during short runs.
4. Meanwhile, monitor engine temperature and airflow.
5. Then, complete 4–5 cycles before full throttle use.
6. Finally, run a full tank at performance level.
7. After break-in, check and tighten exhaust and bolts.
